Privacy notice.
This notice covers this website and its contact form, and nothing else. Last updated .
Who runs this website.
Dental BEE operates in Australia. To contact us about this notice, use the form on the home page.
What the form collects.
Your name, and an email address or phone number to reply to. These two are required.
If you choose to add them: your role, how many clinics you have, your practice software and what you want to fix.
Please do not put patient details in the form.
The form collects nothing else. The server's own records are described below. This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, no tracking and no scripts or fonts from other companies.
Why.
Only to reply to you and arrange the call. Your details are not added to a mailing list or sold, and are not shared with anyone for their own use unless the law requires it.
How your message travels and where it is kept.
When you press Send, the form goes to the server that runs this website. A service on that server emails your message to Dental BEE.
Dental BEE's mailbox is provided by Google, so your message may be stored outside Australia.
The server that runs this website may also be outside Australia.
The server does not keep messages once they are sent. If sending fails, the details stay in an error log on the server until deleted.
Server records.
Like any web server, this one keeps a record of each request, including the IP address and the page asked for. These records keep the site secure and limit abuse of the form. They are not used to identify you or for marketing.
How long your details are kept.
Dental BEE keeps your message for as long as needed to reply to you and arrange the call. If you ask to delete it, we will, unless the law requires keeping it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details.
Use the form and say what you want to see, correct or delete, or reply to any email from Dental BEE.
Complaints.
Please tell us first, through the form. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
