Operations add-on for practices with two or more clinics

The admin grows with every clinic.

Dental BEE is the operations add-on that keeps every clinic running smoothly. We take the manual admin off your front desks and give you clear numbers to run the practice.

It works with the practice software you already have.

Management and daily reporting

Dental BEE plugs into your practice software to run the daily follow-up lists, clinic reporting and nightly checks across every site.

How we work.

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call.

Tell us where the admin bottlenecks sit across your clinics. Bring your practice manager or co-owner.

  2. 2

    A visit to your clinics.

We see how each front desk and manager runs the day.

  3. 3

    A fixed, written quote.

What each phase delivers and its fixed fee, agreed before work starts.

  4. 4

Built one desk at a time.

The first phase fixes one daily bottleneck, such as the morning sheet and the call list.

  5. 5

    You pay phase by phase.

You see the first workflow running smoothly at the desk before deciding on the next phase.

Questions owners and managers ask.

Does it work with our practice software?

It reads the standard reports your practice software already produces, such as appointment books, recall lists, treatment plan reports and receipts, alongside your accounting profit and loss statements and time-clock hours. It changes nothing in your existing software. On the call, we check whether the tools can read yours.

What does it cost?

Each phase has a fixed fee, in a written quote, before any work starts. The fee depends on how many desks and clinics the phase covers. The first phase covers one desk, such as the morning sheet and the call list.

Where does our data go?

The tools only read your reports. Your data is used for your practice's work and nothing else, and no other practice sees it. Everything your staff type into the tools is backed up every day.

Start with one desk. Then the next.

Every night the tools check each report. By 7am, each front desk has the page it needs.
